My nearly 9-year journey at Premiumstore began with a position as a sales manager at Kaunas Akropolis, later progressing to store manager, and finally to a role in administration, where I am currently responsible for the development of the TV product category. What I value most about this organization is the real opportunity to develop my skills by changing roles, working with Samsung’s top-quality standards, and the informal, direct connection between management and store staff, which allows us to quickly resolve any issues that arise.
Although I joined Premiumstore looking for just a temporary stopgap, I quickly realized that it was a place for ambitious growth. A natural connection with customers and accountability for results allowed me to become a store manager after two years, and later, by consistently striving for the best results, to take over management of two branches. I began my career at the company in 2018, and through consistent work with clients and personal initiative, I progressed from a sales representative to the head of the business client department. Starting by building a base of loyal customers in the store, I later successfully transitioned into a managerial role, and in 2021, I took on the task of establishing a new business division. Today, together with my team, by winning public procurement contracts and attracting new partners, we are delighted with the steady growth and results achieved over the past nearly three years.
