Yes, Samsung stores offer a trade-in service year-round. Bring your old device to any of our stores—we’ll assess its condition on the spot and offer you a discount on your new purchase. It’s a quick and sustainable way to upgrade!
2. How do I transfer my data to a new phone? Do you offer this service?
Transferring your data is incredibly easy with the Smart Switch app. We value our customers, so when you purchase a phone at one of our stores, we provide the data transfer service free of charge—we’ll make sure all your contacts and photos are safely transferred to your new device.
3. Do you install protective glass and films in your showrooms?
Yes, our experts will help you choose the right screen protector and install it properly. You can choose between a PanzerGlass screen protector (maximum impact protection) or a film (thin, shatterproof scratch protection). We use only certified accessories that ensure flawless fingerprint sensor performance.
4. How much does delivery of home appliances cost, and how long does it take?
Delivery of televisions and large household appliances is free throughout Lithuania. We deliver items in stock within 1–2 business days. If you require a carry-in service, there is an additional charge of 20 EUR. (Please note that an additional fee may apply if items are stored for longer than one month.)
5. Who should I contact if my device or accessory breaks?
Our stores specialize in sales, so if your equipment or accessories break down, we recommend contacting authorized service centers (such as MTTC) directly. There, qualified technicians will perform warranty repairs, and service centers usually have additional genuine parts in stock.
