UAB “Premiumstore” (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “we”) respects the privacy of its visitors and customers and is committed to protecting your personal data. In this privacy policy, you will find information about how we process your data when you use the website www.premiumstore.lt or visit our physical stores.
1. Who is the controller of your data?
The controller of the personal data referred to in this policy is UAB “Premiumstore”, legal entity code 304288706, registered office: Krokuvos g. 13, Vilnius.
We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, and other applicable laws and regulations.

2. What personal data do we collect?
Depending on how you use our website and services, we may collect the following data:
- Contact and inquiry data: First name, last name, email address, phone number, and any other information you voluntarily provide in contact forms or when participating in marketing campaigns we organize.
- Candidate data: First name, last name, CV, information provided in the cover letter, and other data you provide when applying for a job.
- Technical and browsing data: IP address, browser used, device type, website browsing history, cookie identifiers, and analytical data.
- Video data: Your image captured by video surveillance cameras when you visit our physical stores
Information about foot traffic sensors: Our physical stores use foot traffic sensors. These tools collect only completely anonymous statistical information (e.g., they count the number of people passing by and analyze general movement patterns); they do not identify specific individuals, do not record any personal characteristics, and this data is not considered personal data under the GDPR.

5. To whom may we disclose your personal data?
Your personal data will not be sold or disclosed to third parties without justification. Access to your data is limited to those partners with whom we have signed confidentiality and data processing agreements (DPAs). Data may be provided to the following categories of recipients:
- Service providers (Data Processors): The website hosting service provider (Bacloud.com), the email system provider (Outlook), the newsletter sending platform (MailerLite), as well as other IT, server, marketing, accounting, and courier service partners.
- Professional advisors: Notaries, bailiffs, lawyers, consultants, auditors, or debt collection agencies, when necessary to defend the Company’s legitimate rights.
- Law enforcement and supervisory authorities: Courts, the police, the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI), or other institutions, when explicitly required by law.
- Business successors: Potential or actual successors to our business or part thereof in the event of a corporate reorganization or sale.
- Personal data may be transferred centrally for the Company’s internal administrative purposes among the Company’s structural units in the Baltic countries.
6. How long do we retain your data?
Personal data is retained for no longer than is necessary to achieve the specified purposes, or for as long as required by law:
- Contact inquiries: up to 1 year from the resolution of the inquiry.
- CVs and candidate data: until the end of the selection process for a specific position (or up to 2 years if we have received your explicit consent to retain the data for future selections).
- Direct marketing: until you withdraw your consent. If you do not open newsletters for more than 3 years, your subscription will be automatically deactivated.
- Video surveillance data: stored for 60 calendar days, except in cases where the recording captures a violation of the law—in such cases, the data is stored until the conclusion of the investigation.
- Evidence of consent: stored for 2 years from the date of withdrawal of consent or the expiration of its validity, to defend against potential legal claims.
Upon expiration of this period, the data is permanently deleted or securely destroyed in such a way that its content cannot be recovered.
7. How is your data protected?
We implement and regularly update appropriate technical and organizational security measures (access control, data encryption, employee training, backups, and prohibitions on creating unnecessary local copies) that help protect your data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, or unauthorized access.
8. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- The right to know (be informed) about the processing of your data.
- The right to access your data and receive a copy of it.
- The right to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- The right to request the erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”) when it is no longer necessary or you withdraw your consent.
- The right to restrict the processing of your data under certain circumstances.
- The right to object to the processing of your data when it is based on our legitimate interest.
- The right to withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal). You can withdraw your marketing consent by clicking the link at the bottom of the newsletter or by emailing us.
We undertake to respond to your requests regarding the exercise of your rights no later than within 1 month from the date of receipt of the request. If you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law, you have the right to file a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate. However, before taking this step, please contact us directly via email at dpo@premiumstore.lt—we will do everything we can to resolve any issues that have arisen.
9. Changes to the Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to unilaterally update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the website’s features or in applicable laws. The most recent and current version is always posted on this website.
