Warranty Terms

  • For individuals: A 24-month warranty applies from the date of purchase.
  • For businesses: A 12-month warranty applies.

Recommended Procedure

If your device malfunctions, we recommend that you first contact the Samsung Call Center. This is the most effective way to resolve issues for several reasons:

  • Remote assistance: Some issues (especially software-related ones, such as screen color changes) can be resolved remotely, with a consultant helping you adjust the settings.
  • Convenience for owners of large appliances: If a TV larger than 65" or a large household appliance breaks down, after reporting the issue through the call center, a technician will be sent directly to your home. Important: If you contact the service center directly, you will need to deliver the product yourself.
  • Precise Referral: The call center has real-time access to up-to-date information about service centers and will direct you specifically to the location where your type of appliance is repaired.

Main warranty terms and exclusions

Warranty service is provided only if the product is used for its intended purpose and in accordance with the instructions. The warranty does not apply:

  • In the event of mechanical damage;
  • Due to normal wear and tear, improper use, or environmental factors (moisture, liquids, extreme temperatures, power fluctuations);
  • If the device was repaired at a non-authorized Samsung service center;
  • If the serial (IMEI) number has been removed or is illegible;
  • Screen damage caused by displaying static images;
  • User data stored on the device.

Important reminders before contacting the service center:

  • Documents: You must provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
  • Data backup: The service center is not responsible for the information stored on the device, so we strongly recommend that you back up your data before handing over the device for repair.
