Regional Manager for Latvia and Estonia
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement the company’s strategy and provide systematic feedback on market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure that sales and profitability targets are met in the assigned store region.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective action plans as needed.
- Regularly visit stores to ensure compliance with operational, customer service, and merchandise display standards.
- Lead and manage store managers: evaluate performance, provide feedback, and promote skill development.
- Ensure optimal workforce planning, control staff turnover, and maintain stable, high-quality teams.
- Resolve operational and people-related issues quickly and effectively.
- Represent the company in the region: maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and partners to ensure a professional corporate image.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years of successful experience in retail management, preferably working with a multi-store chain.
- In-depth knowledge of retail KPIs and financial performance management.
- Ability to lead, train, and develop store managers and teams.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data and translate insights into action plans.
- Experience in workforce planning and cost control.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region + a valid driver’s license
COMPANY BENEFITS:
- Salary: €2,000–2,500 (take-home pay), depending on performance.
