Job Description:
- Serve as a Samsung product expert and provide customers with advice on product selection and use;
- Build long-term relationships with customers based on trust and professionalism;
- Process leasing and insurance contracts;
- Provide telephone consultations;
- Attract new customers;
- Working with existing customers;
- Maintaining store order;
- Executing sales and striving for the best results.
We expect that you:
- Have sales or customer service experience (experience in a similar field will be considered an advantage);
- Are communicative, empathetic, and able to easily connect with people;
- Are interested in IT innovations and understand their features;
- Speak English and are able to communicate in it;
- You have strong computer skills;
- You are responsible, self-motivated, and focused on achieving the best results.
