Sales Manager - Tallinn (Ülemiste)
Job Description:
- Serve as a Samsung product expert and provide customers with advice on product selection and usage.
- Build long-term relationships with customers based on trust and professionalism.
- Handle the signing of leasing and insurance contracts.
- Provide consultations over the phone.
- Attract new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones.
- Keep the store tidy and organized.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
What we expect from you:
- Have experience in sales or customer service (experience in a similar field is a plus).
- Be outgoing, empathetic, and able to connect easily with people.
- Show an interest in IT technologies and understand their functions.
- Be fluent in English and Estonian.
- Have good computer skills.
- Be responsible, proactive, and focused on achieving the best results.
