Job Description:

"Premiumstore" together with its partner—one of the world's largest companies—SAMSUNG is looking for a new team member at the "Panorama" shopping center store in Vilnius.

We help unlock the potential of SAMSUNG devices and embrace the latest technologies!

  • Providing friendly customer service in accordance with the highest SAMSUNG standards;
  • Making sales;
  • Drawing up leasing and insurance contracts;
  • Providing professional customer consultations and identifying customer needs;
  • Appropriately representing SAMSUNG products;
  • Providing consultations over the phone;
  • Acquiring new customers;
  • Maintaining the store;
  • A flexible work schedule so you can balance it with your studies or personal life.

We hope that you:

  • Have experience in sales or customer service;
  • Are communicative, empathetic, and proactive;
  • Are interested in IT innovations and understand their features;
  • Can communicate fluently in English (Russian would be a plus);
  • Have good computer skills;
  • Are responsible, self-motivated, and focused on achieving the best results.
